wondering if anyone can help with this theres 2 words driving me mad in this will.. any ideas??? for the sentence i have...

the first word looks like feazme lol not a clue on the .....land one

thanks everyone im having a look into some of these names will let you know if i get a hit on anything....
the will was for a guy named george and he died in lincoln but this family did huge amounts of border hopping.. yorkshire, lincs, staffs and leicester.. he also had prebenduries so to be honest it could be anywhere..

 i thought i maybe saw a w in there too....

I too think it might be Clawse - I think the penultimate letter is 's'.

It is Cawse.  The first letter is a fairly standard version of the letter C.  I am not entirely happy with Newland because the first letter could be an "H"
