Patrick and Anastasia McCarthy Clonmel 1885

I am trying to locate any descendants of Patrick and Anastasia who were both present at my gt Grandfather's wedding in Clonmel, May 1885.

James McCarthy (bn Rathkeale 1863) who married Margaret Scott in Clonmel 1885. Patrick and Anastasia were witnesses/sponsors. I have an Anastasia McCarthy dying in the Clonmel workhouse 1899 and it is stated she is a widow. Not sure where or when Patrick died.

My late grandfather was Patrick McCarthy from county tipp.  went to work in slatequarries in co kilkenny and married my grandmother Alice Maher in 1909. May or may not be useful.
