Edward Morris Finsbury Park
« on: Saturday 22 August 09 17:25 BST (UK) »
Hello, I am trying to find out more about the descendants of Edward Morris of 26 Finsbury Park Road London who died 18 October 1937, aged about 86. He was married to my great-grandmother Lucie Madeline but he had children from an earlier marriage, including I believe a son, Gordon who was in the Army during WW1, His wife may have been Hilda. Thanks.

Thank you Valda and jennifer c for all this info - it is the right Edward Morris family. I have a small bundle of papers around 1900 - burial certificates, tenancy agreements and newspaper cuttings, also possibly photos that would be of interest to the family if only I knew how to get it to them. Any ideas? I see there is a Board for Unwanted Items but that's a long shot.
Thank you too for finding Lucie M in the 1901 census, that's one surname variation I have not tried!

Hi

I can't see anyone researching the family of GenesReunited and only a very distant tree on Ancestry. Nothing is showing from a Google search either, though if anyone in the future looks for the family they will find this page, even if it goes to the completed section.
