Have you checked SP for their marriage as their marriage cert will give you their respective ages and both sets of  parents names and mothers maiden name

Is this the right family on the 1871 census?  If so - they probably married before 1864

after they married these children were born

If it was a census entry - which year?

and they come from blantyre

Does this mean that they were all born in Blantyre or that they were living in Blantyre?
