Hello

I'd very much welcome a look up for my ancestors listed  below (and indeed any of their siblings) who lived (and died) in and around Maybole and Dailly for many generations.

McIlwraith
William McIlwraith (my great great great grandfather - born between 1804 and 1806?). His wife was Jane McCutcheon 1804 - 1852
David Main McIlwraith 1838 - 1904 (my great great grandfather). His wife was Mary Bole 1842 - 1926
Agnes McIlwraith 1876- 1955 (my great grandmother)

Colquhoun
Joseph Colquhoun (my great great grandfather - born 1837 Ireland married Elizabeth Renfrew 1840 - 1912
William Colquhoun (my great grandfather) 1873 - 1958

Boag / Boags / Boaggs
Andrew Boags (my great X  4 grandfather) born Ireland around 1794
William Boggs 1824 - 1863 (my great great great grandfather)
William Boggs 1856 - 1939 (my great great grandfather) married
Maggie Downs Boags 1878 - 1912 (my great grandmother) married William Colquhoun

Anything you can provide would be very welcome - though I suspect my ancestors may have been too poor to have gravestones.

Many thanks

Hi!
I am looking for Wright's and Nichol's in the Girvan area.  There are a few specifically.
Archibald (B.1780) his wife Ann (nee Nichol) (B1791) and their children.  Margaret (1814), Brice (1820), Jean (1827), James(1829) and Agnes (1832)
These are all the children that I believe remained in Scotland.

Ann's parent's were John Nichol and Margaret (nee Egleshom) (b1752) They were also from Girvan.

Thanks so much! CindyG

G'day from Down-Under,

Could anyone help me find a Kinnon (or earlier variants Kinon or possibly Keenan) in Kirkoswald graveyards or Maybole? This would be from 1840s onwards. Possibly earlier in Troon.

Thank you in advance.

Colin
