« on: Saturday 15 August 09 09:36 BST (UK) »
Hello, I was wondering if there is anyone who is going the archives who would be kind enough to check a marriage for me.

William Warwick and Susannah Budd 19 July 1788 Lower Shuckburgh.

it may be by licence.  Keeping my fingers crossed, kind regards, Brenda

If it's just the one thing you'd like checked, it's worth emailing the record office to ask if they could do a quick check. Their email address is recordoffice@warwickshire.gov.uk

I emailed them to ask if the baptisms for Rugby had been indexed, as I was looking for the baptism of a Sarah Brown, probably around 1843, daughter of William Brown, fishmonger, and his wife Dinah. I explained that I couldn't find an entry on the IGI and I am unable to get to the record office in person. They replied the following day with the date of Sarah's baptism.

Judith
Holinshead and Brown in Hertfordshire and Warwickshire
White in Buckinghamshire
Bennett in Berkshire
Deedman in Surrey and Hampshire
Badham in London
Brazier in Wiltshire
