What did Granny die of?
« on: Friday 14 August 09 14:25 BST (UK) »
I am a complete novice  so please bear with me.  My Grandmother, Belle Rae Mitchell  nee Bishop died 23/2/1926 but I can't make out what she died of.   On the death certificate it says (I think) Apparently,  then the word I can't make out, then the word fit.  She was only 30 years old when she died, It would be fantastic if anyone could shed any light on this.  Thanks,  Maureen. :)

Hi Maureen,

Can you put part of the certificate on here so that we can have a look too?

I'm sorry gengen, I wouldn't know were to start.  I am really green with computers.  I have tried many times to post pictures on other sites and have never managed it.  :-[  Thanks for your ultra quick reply though.  :)

Ok, never mind. Where you think it says "Apparently" - could it be "Apoplexy"?

Well, the image is very small and I cannot get it readable enough really for the forum but here is the required part of the image, some might able to help decipher it.

Glad to be able to help tibby ;D.
