Camberwell Emmanuel Church

I have a certificate of marriage that took place at the Emmanuel Church Camberwell in 1874.  It does not have an address for the couple.  Just the word Emmanuel where the address should be.   Is there any chance at all of finding where these people were living at the time of their marriage?   I'd like to know because it may help me to get further with my searching.   Many thanks Soloist

Hi

Have you found them on the 1871 and 1881 censuses?

I have found the wife, yes. She's living with a sister.  I wonder if he had been living there too?.  I hadn't thought of looking down that avenue.  I definetley can't find him after 1851 until the wedding.  I am going to try to check that immediatley.  Thanks for your help.  I will be back!.
