On Family Search Site, Richard Tiller has been researched by a person who lives Western Australia. She does not have a marriage date for Richard and Sarah.

Richard was a wheelright at the time of William's birth.

Some Fordingbridge records are on the internet. I checked the marriages but Richard and Sarah must have tied the knot somewhere else.

Richard Tiller m Sarah Hall 23 Mar 1826 in Breamore.

I also found the baptism of a Mary 9 Sep 1830 in Fordingbridge.

Possible baptism Sarah Hall baptised 5 April 1807 in Breamore parents William & Sarah.

No luck with a Richard Tiller around 1805, but perhaps this may be siginificant?  A William Tiller wheelwright of Fordingbridge married Susannah Godwin/Godwaine of Burcombe, Wiltshire by licence at Fordingbridge 23 Oct 1798.  Licence dated the same day.  Perhaps Richard was baptised in Wiltshire?
