Dear All
Sorry for mispost.  I got on to a main library today to find out facts of matter.  Today there is the "launch" of the system with no doubt invited dignatories to a reception of sorts.  The archives public office is to close for a couple of days next week to allow media access.  So tomorrows newspapers will tell all but meanwhile where is the link?
So light at end of tunnel!

Hi Anne

Thanks for that - you're a true detective!  Fingers crossed that the Belfast 1911 will follow very soon after Dublin (that's the one I'm waiting for....)

at least we know its definitely on the way now.
I've been watching the teletext and the national archives website
for a link.as it was supposed to be a partnership between
the canadian and irish archives I also checked their site.

Well done Anne! Not long now, hopefully. I just hope it does not crash like the 1901 census did! :-\
