war memorial corner Gray st. and Feversham st

Anyone have any idea what happened to the war memorial that used to be at the corner of Gray St.  and Lower Feversham St. Middlesbrough.  I remeber it as a white/grey stone cross with a plinth the same colour and the names of the fallen, probably no more than 20 persons. I think it was behind a small curved iron railing and in the remains of the walls of St Peters church that had been demolished by enemy action.

could it have been moved to the church on Marton Road, St John the Evangelist ? I'll have to check again but I'm sure that cross is a war memorial !

Hi Mikeguess and mmm45,
I had a look at the web site and found nothing to assist, I also had a look at the cross at St Johns' Church, That cross is  a Celtic Cross and not like the one that was in Gray St.
I am awaiting a reply from Dormans Museum and I will ask All Saints church as I think they took over the parochial duties of St. Hildas Ward.
