Look-up Request in 1901/1911 census

Hi, Is it possible that someone could find a Florence May Little born in West Derby in approximately 1895 to parents who, although I don't know their names, were also born in around Liverpool.

I can see the relevant Birth Index entries for these two on the census - but your Flo' May isnt showing up

If you don't know the parent's names how do you know they were born in the Liverpool area?

Where did you get Florence's birth year from?

I found these two in the 1901:
One born Liverpool age 8 with parents William J (born Ireland) and Annie b Liverpool - living Liscard Cheshire ....
another b Eccles with parents James and Bertha, living Pendleton Lancashire. ...

The 1901 census shows a May Little age 4 in West Derby, parents John & Elizabeth, siblings Maggie Tom Joe Willie Christina - do the names sound familiar?
