I think this was taken early 1920's.She looks in her 30's.
I suppose if her 1st. child was born 1880 & you believe this lady to be nearer 40 it's a possibility.

I think the lack of lines on her face is caused by the cinched waist    [ouch, ouch ouch]

If she was poured into this girdle from an early age, surely she would have come from an upper class family   The hoi polloi wouldn't bother... just get her out into service asp.
