Just to add a note ,
Have just got Mary's son's (my grandad)marriage certificate and he was living at Marys house with gertude Blackburn (my gran)
the witnesses were Mary Knowles and John George Ray Russell !
this was in 1936, so it adds proof to her statement that they were lovers for years and everyone knew about it, she didn't start killing them off till 1955
