IGI lists one child of Patrick Casey and Margaret Treanor-
Francis Casey born 27 June 1865 Scotstown, Co. Monaghan (page 354 in index to civil registration). Birth registration started in 1864 so it's possible that there will be no birth certificate available for Catherine.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

While scanning the catholic registers for Scotstown I found another sibling James Casey born 27 March 1863
parents Patrick Casey and Margaret Traynor.

The 1911 census shows birth place of John Casey as Kilobough, Parish Tydavnet, Co.Monaghan. Father Patrick was listed as a landholder in the townland of Killybough according to the Griffiths Valuation.

Ah...but were they Catholic? No religion given.
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
