Hi Robert, do I presume you are the grandson of the constable/booth Hudson marriage?
You must be linked to us, I wonder how!

Hi hanspan,

I was a children's home boy so had very little contact the the family growing up, don't know anything about grand-parents or any other relations.

I suppose we must be related, my dad was also born in York the the coincidence of Yorkshire, East Riding is pretty compelling.

A few years ago i did the "Booth Hudson" google search and found a Booth Hudson in Leeds (for years I've been the only Booth Hudson on the internet, lol). I contacted him and he didn't know much about my immediate family, he said the Booth Hudsons don't keep in touch.

Ill PM his details.
Don't know if he will be happy me giving you his email but meh, you're family HEHE.

My dad is on Facebook as Robert Booth Hudson (he contacted me a few years ago) and he would probably know more, if you are still looking that is.

(:
