Hall: Northumberland and Lamesley County Durham.
Murphy: Birtley County Durham, Cookstown County Tyrone.
Arnell: Wrekenton County Durham, Newcastle Upon Tyne - and possibly Norfolk.
Russell: Berwick Upon Tweed.
Crombie: Berwick Upon Tweed.
Forster: Weardale, Lamesley County Durham, Simonburn parish in Northumberland (possibly Falstone).
