Has anyone information on Isaac Shiner.
 I have found him on the 1861 census in Caudle Bishop married to Ann Barrett, the marriage took place March 1852 in sherborne on Free bmd ,he states he was born in Dorset in a place that looks like Great gollor however I cannot find him on the 1841-1851-or the 1871 census or who his parents were.
would really like some help with this if possible

I think the birth place is Great Toller.

The 1871 census reference is RG10/2018 45 9

Let me know if you need a transcription.

Let's get the birthplace sorted first - it's clear from the 1891 census that it's Great Toller, Dorset (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toller_Porcorum).

He says he's 66 in 1891: RG12/1657/81/7

Thanks for the info about the 2 census, cant understand why i cannot find them myself on the 1871 census.......must be putting wrong information on ancesty.com.
I know its a long shot but do you know where he was in 1841 as i still cannot find him????

Tati has given you the full census reference, so just put that into the relevant part of the search form and leave out names.  That way you will sidestep any transcription errors.
