Hi Byron,

If it is at all possible could you look to see if they are in Kings cliffe in 1861?

All of the children of this pair James and Jane Scotney were born in Southwick

Anyway it was nice to hear from you again

No more Scotneys :(

From the 1851 census I see that James was born in Luddington - I shall look there next. Unless they'd taken the kids off to Disneyland for the spring... ;)

Hi Byron,

From what I found out at the weekend, try looking in the local jail rather than disneyland.  You are more likely to find them there! ::)

Any way thanks for all your time given to this search
 :)
