Check the GENUKI website, there is a link to some transcripts, on line, for Risca.

Many records seem to be at the Gwent Record Office.  The A2A website maybe helpful to you.

Hi Ria, Risca comes under Caerphilly Borough Council.Try www.caerphilly.gov.uk  and enter Risca family history in the search box.Might be of some help.
