Hi Lu
2002 is a long time ago and i just thought seeing his name was dennis brown whether he was related on his mother mary ann brown side.
Could she have been the daugher of Peter/Pierre Tielle and Mary Ann Brown?
thank you just thought i let you know
and i will certainly tell my sis to buy the certificate to get the rest of the information that they need.
regards maggie

Hi Lu here is the image report, sis was wondering if she brought the actual certificate will it show more than what is written on here

Historical Index Detailed Results

I have deleted the index copied and pasted information from the quote as it breaches copyright.   Here is the transcribed record as posted on the linked thread in Australia.  Transcribed records do not breach copyright.

FITZGERALD Francis
HALL Theresa
1919  Reg#9769

This is the index record only. The parents' names are not available on any marriage index record in Victoria.   I gave this information on the thread in Australia with instructions how to purchase and immediately download an image of the marriage registration [certificate] - AUD$17.50

My name is Glen Smales and the son of Millie and Alf Smales. I am new to RC and have some info on the Hainings and Tielle families, and interested in furthering my family tree data base.

Hi Gemini
from reading your conversations with Lucy2 you have the general gist of things.
William Tielle the son of Pierre married Honora Corkery who had eight children. Margaret my grandmother had one child Millie Tielle, who in in turn married Alfred Smales. They had three children my two sisters and myself.
Martha Tielle, one of three children to Pierre Tielle and Margaret Nicholson was born on Otepopo in Oamaru 22 July 1866. She married James Haining on 23 August 1882 in Riverton.
I gather you are related on the Haining side of the family tree and live in Australia. Is there any thing else I can help you with.

Hello Glen and Maggie.
My name is Shelley Ashford and I have been working on the Tielle family as well. My great-grandmother was Myrtle Tielle, daughter to William and Nora. Have just received Death Printout for Pierre Tielle. Unfortunately no detail of his parents, bum.
Anyway, would love to contact you both to share what I have and hopefully get more. As for third child to Pierre and Margaret, believe her name was Mace. She was not living living when Pierre died.
Regards
Shelley

Hi everyone.  I have noticed lots of folk trying to make the connection between Rena Margaret Hall and the Haining family from New Zealand.  I think I can be of help but this is all new to me so I may need some guidance.
