O'Sullivan avenue fits the pattern; the family had lived in other streets in the same area. I was searching for O'Sullivans (ending in 's') avenue on Google Maps.

Useful lesson for a novice like me: check all possible spellings!

Beasley/Beazley - Kerry, Ireland and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Doran - Dublin, Ireland and Brooklyn, New York
Dwen - Athy, County Kildare, Ireland
Kearney - Dublin, Ireland and Meath, Ireland
Mylod - Rathangan, County Kildare, Ireland.
