JT Heeley is my great great grandfather, my great grandfather was sir denison miller on my mother's side.
I got the info on the moana from a citation from the Australian medical Gazette from july 20 1910....the citation also says while in seymour........"On one occasion it was learnt that bushrangers intended to stick up the paymaster; the doctor carried the cash through safely, the paymaster being stuck up on his journey"
We don't have a lot of info in our family on the heeleys or his wife, hence my interest!

Hi

Yes it is me, glad to see you are still an honorary member of the Heeleys.

Thanks Wakatipu I will have to try and find a copy of that Medical Gazette. I'm still finding info on the Heeleys. Will let you know what I find
