Daughters of Ezekiel and Margaret, both bap at Sutton (St Edmund) 23 July 1842 ... Emma and Sarah Ann.

Buried 3 and 7 August, aged 11 and 17 days  :'(

Margaret buried 2 March 1851 aged 36, also Martha 3 Sept 1851 (8 months), Mary Ann 23 Dec 1850 (14),

How do you know where Margaret was born as she didn't make it to the 1851 census ???
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

The 1841 census has Margaret born in the same country as census - St Mary Sutton, Lincolnshire.

The 1841 census has Margaret born in the same country as census - St Mary Sutton, Lincolnshire.

The county is Lincolnshire, second largest county in England with perhaps a thousand parishes.  Sutton St Mary is just one of that thousand parishes.  You can travel 80 miles from Sutton and still be in Lincolnshire.

Appreciate this is an old topic, but I've recently put the research of my late father (Marcus Alywn Pattern) online and there are a couple of relevant pages:
