Hi This is probably too late but I’m also descended from Burwash/Batt.

Catherine Charlotte Harvey (nee Batt) my great grandmother. Said to have at one time to be a high wire act in a circus.

Born in St Luke's, Islington, Middlesex, England on 18 February 1859 to Thomas Benjamin Batt and Charlotte Clementina Burwash. Catherine Charlotte Batt married Thomas Harvey and had 7 children. She passed away on Sep 1930 in Hackney, London, England.
