St Mary's, West Derby, in the village, by the entrance to what is now Croxteth Country Park.

I was rather hoping it might be St Catherines which is a church named in some baptism records for some of my West Derby lot.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Rootschatters, but isn't St Catherines the registry held at GRO.

Charlotte, may I suggest you google it or look on Genuki. That might throw some light on the records you require.

Thanks for sharing the site Celia, some of my rellies lived and died in West Derby, and married in St Marys church, I have never been there so fascinating for me to see.
