Hello Linda. Here it is:-

To the memory of George Garry, late of West Auckland, who departed this life the 9th day August/1823 aged 74 years.
Also Mary, wife of the named George Garry, who departed this life the 22nd day December/1824 aged 68 years.

Thank you Adam.  It doesn't help me in my quest for Mary Garrey, my 3 xgreat grandma who married Anthony Nicholson in 1799 in Sunderland. Their daughters baptism very kindly shows her as the daughter of John Garrey, neighbourhood of Bishop Auckland.  But she is proving very illusive ;)

However I will keep what you have posted incase I can tie it in at some future date.

Ayemas. Here is the St Ellen inscription:-

In loving memory of Thomas Lowdon of West Auckland, who died April/13/1882 aged 75 years.
Also Jane, wife of the above who died June/25/1878 aged 66 years.
Also Mary Pounder, daughter of the above who died September/30/1886 aged 45 years..
