NIPPERS in Sherston/Malmesbury

Can anyone with access to the 1841 Wiltshire census look up George Nippers (b. Sherston 1821) in Malmesbury or Sherston. Any info on the "Nippers" family would be welcome.

Thanks Paula. There seems to have been a family link with Sherston and Malmesbury. I am particularly interested in George Nippers, a haulier, who was born in Sherston and went to live in Cardiff. He had four children (all born in Cardiff) but I can find no sign of a wife. She was certainly not in the household at the 1881 census in Cardiff. Also William Nippers who was born in Sherston in c 1819 (was he George's brother ?) and ended up as an innkeeper in Bristol (Ring of Bells pub).
Anything you can find would be much appreciated.

this is quite likely george's parents(no other nippers in the area).he probably had already left home.

Thanks Outlaw. You could be right about George's parents although I am having difficulty reconciling the dates shown for the births of the grandchildren. I'm working on it and your data is a great help.

Thanks Alli. He married Mary Ann Richards who pops up as an inmate at Swansea jail on some later censuses.
