Regarding age, I think she was probably in her early to mid 40s in the first picture.

What wonderful restores these are!  and how lovely she looks after her nose 'surgery'

My guesstimate late 30's early 40's depending on the restores!

They are all very lovely but some make her look older than others!

Love her broach and the locket and so on.

That is very interesting, because I don't think she's older than mid 30s

Having said that, I'm pretty much always wrong.

It's rude to ask a lady's age, or so I was always told

Here's my version of the first pic, I'll have a splash at the other one another day.
Don't beat yourself over the head about the sticky tape, you never know, more of the photo might have gone missing if you hadn't used it.

So, the first photo could have been taken around 1890 - 1895 and, as my Granny was born in 1891, then that is her Mum when Granny was a little girl.

I was pleased with that one, Rabbit.
It is most certainly a locket she is wearing, and there is a gentleman's portrait on it. Can't make out the features, but you can see enough of face/collar/jacket to be able to tell by the shape that it's a feller.
