Sorry to hear you and Linda cant make it, but as I said to Alex these things happen,  not to worry, will make sure I take plenty pics 

 All the arrangements have all been finalized,

The Police Museum will be at 2pm on the 30th, I spoke to them yesterday, and they will make sure the curator is there to answer any questions, and point those who have ancestors who were in the police force, where to find the information and what records etc you will find,

What time does the meet/gallery tour finish? Unfortunately these days I work Friday nights, all day Saturday and Sunday in Fife, but if the Friday stuff is in the morning it shouldn't be a problem.

Friday the 30th October Meeting at the Glasgow City Chambers , guided tour starts at 10am so we will have to be there by 9:45am,

about 11am we will go to Gallary of modern art, and the tour of the Police museum is set for 2pm

Would be nice to see you even if you can only make the morning
