Anyone ever heard of the name jarwill? my husbands grand mothers name,, Nellie,,,, from Scunthorpe,, born around 1909?ish cant find anyone of that name other than hers on his fathers birth, then cant find anymore Lacks,  husbands name was thomas charles, found his death so have sent off for that,,,,,,,,,,,, stuck!

Plenty of Jarvill's in the 1901 in Lincs, if you want to re-check indexes with that name. I'm not clear about what the connection with the Lack surname is though. There are a handful of that surname about in Lincs too though.
