The Binns Family Glanford Brigg
« on: Friday 05 June 09 07:57 BST (UK) »
Can anyone help with information about the Binns Family from Glanford Brigg.  William was born around 1825 and married Susanna Parkinson and they had a son Charles Henry Binns who married Ada Clark and they had a daughter Frances Binns plus other siblings, in the 1911 census a nurse child Francis Grant his birth certificate 1907 has his mother as Annie Francis Grant, occupation pianist, also have an interest in this lady too if anybody knows anything apparently she played the piano in the Angel Hotel, Glanford Brigg,  wondering how Frank became a nurse child to the Binns family in the first place could he have been related to them, no father's name on birth cert.  In 1911 census Ada was not living with Charles she was at another address.  When their daughter Frances Binns married she became Frances Durham and took the nurse child with her.  William and Susanna I think were still alive in 1911 census aged in their 80's.

Hi Dawnie,

I am sorry we have been unable to get your message to pahardy as their email address is no longer working.

I think that the person is called P.A. Hardy but apart from that very little more to go on.

All the Best

Sarah :)
