Parishes now included in addition to the above are : Crieff, Comrie, Auchterarder , Dunning , Balquhidder, Fowlis Wester, Monzie , Monzievaird and Strowan and Madderty . These are significant as they were the first ones published after the 1832 Reform Act when people eligible to vote increased up to ten fold . In particular included many tenant farmers for the first time .
