removeScratch marks and clean up

Hello Long time since I was on here--[Illness] was very greatful for some photograph -Repaired/changed-etc--I would like someone to try and remove the scatch marks and a general clean up  for my Gt/grandfather--Sorry i cannot change the dpi  as sent copy of photograph.

had a go -- but its a difficult one 

i had posted wrong one  -- senility set in...

but there are now much better ones for you so you dont need mine.
