I found a possible re-marriage for Hezekiah Waybrant although the name of his mother doesn't match the entry from his marriage to Isabella (perhaps his mother's name was Catherine Ann or Ann Catherine and she went by both names or, if the record you found was the one transcribed by Genealogical Research Library at Ancestry, her name was mistranscribed as his surname was). Here's the entry from the Ontario marriage database:
Henry Waybrant, 35, widower, machinist, born New Brunswick, son of Philip and Ann Waybrant married Eliza Stone, 20, born Nanticoke, daughter of Timothy and Mary Ann Stone on 3 Feb 1880 in Woodstock, Oxford County, Ontario.
The reason I think it is possibly him is he is listed as Henry Hezekiah Waybrant on the birth registration for one of his children with Isabella. There are birth registrations for children of the above marriage and on one of them he is listed as Henry Hezekiah Waybrant. Also in the 1871 Ontario census database Hezekiah H. Waybrandt in Dumfries North, Waterloo South is listed as a machinist.
Also, there is a 1891 census entry in Hamilton that has Henry and Eliza Waybrant listed with three children (Ettie, Alx, Minnie), then a lodger and then a Maggie Waybrant, daughter, 18 in the same household. That Maggie is the right age to be Margaret, his daughter with Isabella.
There is a Henry Waybrant who died in Hamilton on 30 Apr 1894 from Tuberculosis and Eliza re-married in Sep 1894 to John Smith.
