Thank you Tazzie.  Is there any info on his mother earlier than 1832?
Thanks for your help.

  Hi Heidi....

I actually ran out of time today so I will be going back anyway.

I did lokk forward from Benjamin's bapt to see if Elizabeth had in fact married which would give us another name to look for them in 1841 but when I saw there was none in the village I looked through the burials from 1829 onwards.
Leave it with me and I will go back from there and see if anything fits for a father dying before Benjamin is born. However I have seen references made before in the PR's if a father is dead when child is baptised.

Hi Tazzie,
Just wondering if you found any more information? And also if there was a date for the burial of Elizabeth Turner in 1832?
Thanks
Heidi

 Hello .......
Well been to the records in Milton Keynes..... nothing really stood out but  noted some names.
The baptism record just says Benjamin son of Elizabeth. NOW ... it does not class Elizabeth as  a singlewoman or Benjamin as illegitimate as some of the entries around the same date do. However in burials nothing or either Turner/ Turney or Turvey would fit as being a burial of her husband and I checked from 1820 onwards.

There are a James & Elizabeth Turner who baptise a Lucy in 1824
William & Elizabeth Turner who have Edward 1819-1837
                                                                               Mary 1821
                                                                               Caroline 1825
& also Thomas & Elizabeth Turvey  who have Elizabeth bap 1826.
A William Turvey marries an Elizabeth Harding in 1826 but are both still around after 1832 when Elizabeth Turner is buried on July 30th of that year.

I wondered if Turner/ Turvey/ Turney are all related but only Turner name shows in 1798 in Posse Comittitus and Turvey are in Newton Longville so not far away.Still cannot see him in 1841 tho'
