https://stadsarchief.amsterdam.nl/ - has some baptism records for Amsterdam online. You need to look for "Genealogische zoeksystemen", and then "Doopregisters" (hit "Zoek").
Search for Voor = Adriaan, Achter = Hoeve. It comes up with a 1803 record that suggests Adriaan's parents were Geradus van der Hoeve and Catharina Johanna van Santen.
There is also a possible baptisms for a Gerardus in 1773, parents Adriaan van der Hoeve Gerritsz and Alida Havesman. Alida and Adriaan were witnesses at the 1803 baptism, as was Henrik (I think this is another child of Adriaan and Alida, b. 1770)
www.familysearch.orgshows that Adriaan and Alida married in 1763 in Lexmond, near Vianen (Adriaan listed as "van der Hoeven"). He may be the Adriaan van der Hoeven who was christened in Vianen in 1739, father Gerardus, mother Geertruy van Noorle (Geertruijda van Noorle is the witness at some related baptisms in Amsterdam).
