Hi
I would be so grateful if some kind soul who lives in Australia can help me, as I am in the UK.
I have the details of my Great Uncles death etc and would be so grateful if someone with a camera could go to this cemetery and photograph his cremation plate if it is still there?
The name is John Henry DALRYMPLE who died on 3/8/1949. He was cremated at Beresford crematorium and I have been told his plate is situated on Pool Wall L/15 6222.

Pleased to help. I know how hard it is to get much wanted photos from so far away.

Ok, you have Sandgate Cemetery and Beresford crematorium (Beresfield) they are about 15-20 mimutes drive apart. 

His plate is situated on Pool Wall L/15 6222 at Beresfield crematorium?

I will go there today and take a few photos for you and send them on when I get home.

Hi Anita,
I came just come across this posting where you kindly got photos of gravestones from the Beresfield Crematorium where two of my rellies werre laid to rest. I wondered if you would be so kind as to do the same for me when you are next in the Beresfiedl area.

The only details I have are (presumably) from the official records for the crematorium which some other researcher kindly provided me with, and I suspect that they are in the same grave:

ELLERTON Beatrice May 03/06/1952 14 James St Hamilton 58 ROSE L 5/20 9032
ELLERTON Robert Edward 12/05/1949 Blue Gum Rd Jesmond 62 ROSE B 8/4 5988
