I thought I had found his passenger record into Aus but it was a year after he married in SA :(

Marriage in South Aus
BILLINGHURST Harry  22  Single Father Onslow James BILLINGHURST
WIDDICOMBE Emma Nicholls 23 years  Single Father Henry WIDDICOMBE
20 Jun 1886
At St Mary Church Burra  Bur 147/916

Death
BILLINGHURST Harry

There are three files each on Harry and Emma on
http://www.unisanet.unisa.edu.au/research/condon/teachers/TEACHERS-list.asp?SurnameLetter=B

He was not enrolled to vote in South Australia in 1909.

Do you need any other information in SA?

Cheers

Yes, I am confused too. I may have had the wrong Harry B. in England. I saw a marriage to a Beatrice E. Garrett. She was quite young. This took place June qtr 1919. Was thinking he needed someone to help take care of the children.
