Hi i was wondering if anyone knew where to start looking for any informatioon on german prisoners of war held down south london area . A friend of mines father was one and has asked me to help her any  information would be most grateful . I did suggest kew records but dont know if there is anywhere else

 - it doesn't seem like there's a lot for WWI, but for WWII German prisoners it appears that a lot of information was returned to German archives in 1960, and also that the Red Cross might have some information.

Ok thx for that information.
I do know that it was ww2 and that her father decided to stay in england does the info u supplied
still apply in thiat case ?
