Playing around with the free search on 1911 census, it appears that Olive, Ida, Agnes and Emily are still with John and Mary Elizabeth in Kent.  There is also a Harold, which may be a mistranscription of Horace as the ages seem to match up.

NSW marriage for Horace's brother perhaps  ???
1843/1912  ROBINSON  HENRY J  TREACY  CATHERINE M  (at) GRANVILLE
(so if this is Horace's brother, then perhaps both the brothers came to Australia before 1912)

EDITED TO ADD
Have not found arrival in NSW, at least two named Horace, but plenty of H Robinson. Perhaps someone familiar with early 20th century migration to Aus may have clues
