Cant read record please help!!!

Hello everyone

I got a death record today of my 4th great grandmother and i am unable to read what she died off. The writing isnt very good.

Please can someone tell me what she died off.

It so dont say that on the paper LOL i cant see it apart from the last part. I wish they would have writen things more clearly :)
