Hyndman of Killyclogher Omagh

I am trying to find any information re John Hyndman born around 1786 and married to Mary nee Hunter approx 1825.  They died in 1861 and 1858 respectively.
My daughter and I have recently visited the Cappagh Church of Ireland church and were fortunate enough to see the original parish records so most of our dates appear to be correct.  Sadly there was no record of John or Margaret being born in the parish so we have now hit a dead end ... 
Obviously with no central records we could be looking at them being born in any parish in Northern Ireland .. or even in Scotland where the name crops up quite regularly.
Does anyone have any information that may help track down their elusive birth places?

I have been on the board hoping for help with this before but having just come back from another trip to the parish church in Omagh I thought it might be time to try and get past the major stumbling block in my family history once again.
I am looking for any possible information on John Hyndman born circa 1786 location unknown who married Margaret nee Hunter in approximately 1825 and who died in Cappagh, Omagh (Mountjoy East) 23rd March 1861.  In the death register at the church he is shown at "of Coromary" we also noticed a couple of unrelated headstones in the cemetery which said from Corrymorey or Corymoney which may be the same place.  The Canon at the church had never heard of this location but assumed it had to be somewhere local.  However since I returned I have found an mention in Griffiths Valuation 1848 - 1864 for a "John Hyndman, Antrim, Carnmoney, Glengormly"  I know this cant be my John Hyndman as during that period he was siring children in Killyclogher and Mountjoy East.. but the coincidence of name and Carnmoney gives me reason to wonder.
A little while ago someone contacted me by email through this board saying that they thought he was a mutual relation, I replied but got nothing back so, whoever you are, if you have any information I would love to hear from you. In addition if anyone out there has any ideas where I may be able to go from here to find out his origins I would be really grateful

I dont have any information on where John came from or his marriage, at the moment.
His daughter Margaret married Francis Hannigan and their daughter Sarah was the first wife of my grandfather. She died aged about 40 years, and there is even little info at present about her. Apart from her children. There are no known photographs of her, and not sure of any living relatives here in Omagh. Next time I am in the Registrars office, I will see if they married in Tyrone at all. The townland is Corronarry. This is for sure as my mum knows the place. Records are poor when you get till this date.

Registrars Office will only have records from the start of civil registration- Catholic marriages from 1864 and other marriages from 1845. Index to civil registrations is online (free) and you can check for marriage (search bride and groom separately then cross-reference results for match)-
