Burial Record
« on: Wednesday 06 May 09 15:11 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I have to ask for more help. I think it best to put it this way.

Thomas Wedgwood Moved from Burslem Staffordshire late 1600 or early 1700. he married Jemima Borrowes 1770 . St. Mary's Swansea , their son William was Baptized there in May 1771.

In 1773 Thomas walked home with a group of potter's through the Black Mountain's/ Brecon Beacons, we do not know the route they took. Thomas died in a severe snow storm.
I am stuck because I don't know the name of the Parish  where he lost his life. There does not seem to be a Buriel Record for St. Mary's Swansea , or anything recorded  in Staffordshire. His widow stayed in Swansea and remarried .

Any help with Parish names , or anything  would help.

Thanks

Mere

There wouldnt happen to be a Moses in that family?

Wedgewood, Moses

    * b. Aug 1772
          o Gateshead, Yorkshire, , England
    * d. Jul 1829
          o Burslem. Staffordshire, England

Moses's father John 1735 Burslem. His father Carlos b 1709 Burslem. There were a few men in this family and could be the same Wedgewood connections
