I might be completely wrong here, but this photos seems more 1900+ than 1889.

Oh...not just me then :D :D :D...I would have said more 1920s...but I could be wrong....the trailing bouquet features in one of my 1920s photos wedding photos

Many thanks for all your time and effort......it's really appreciated. I too thought the photograph looked quite modernish, but it's definately them. They both only married once....( got the wedding cert ), but she would have been in the family way at the time...maybe that explains the large bouquet.

I'm sorry, but I think it is more likely to be a marriage of one of their children :-[
Therefore of your grand parents or great aunt/uncle.

The only reason I also say this is that I have received photos from other sources that have been on this board and restorers have dated them and my cousins were wrong as to what generation they were :(

Is there anything on the back of the photo that you can scan?
