Yes indeed.   Due to the great work of everyone here we've managed to locate the niece of James Ross.   I was told by her friend that she was currently in France but only a short time ago I received a phone call from her as she had returned yesterday.

All confirmed!!

Has a photo of him and a bit of other information and is sending me copies of it all.

Excellent work yet again.
