I lived just outside Scremerston until 1959 and remember the Miner's Arms, although not as a customer (I was 10). It was on the outskirts of Scremerston as the road went up the hill towards Berwick. The cemetery was on the other side of the hill so I regard the pub as being Scremerston rather than Tweedmouth.
I diverted through Scremerston for nostalgia's sake on a visit to Edinburgh in about 2002, and the pub had been converted to a private house. I could find no photographs on the Northumberland Archives site, so I suspect that your best chance may be to contact the Berwick Advertiser.
