Hi Coming Home & Le Camp 2,
Yes we are indeed related and doshare the same great grandparents Patrick Campbell & Annie Eliza Campbell (Nee Cummings) . Patrick & his family lived at 72 Great James'Street Derry at the time of his death in1916. My Grandfather was Jim Campbell .  He was a garda sergeant whose final posting was Wexford. I have managed to do some more research on the Campbell family and presently have gone back to 1770.  I have also done some research on the Cummings Family.  Please see my posts on the Cummings of Ballycarton which is also on page 3 or 4 of the Derry Rootschat board. I have also started to do some research on the McDermotts of Duncrun, Limavady.
I would be delighted to hear from you and once you have placed 3 posts on the rootschat board we will be able to send each other PM messages.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Summerhill.

Hello Summerhill

I think we may be related... My grandfather and father both named James Campbell, grandmother Elizabeth, connections with Londonderry Alderman Patrick Campbell and  Kilmore Quay and Summerhill Wexford Town... my name here RosAlator after fishing boat...

Have no idea what to do next but am interested in finding out more about the Campbell family.
