Finding the correct mother for a child born in 1810 in Charing

Hi,

Im looking to find a way of tracing the correct mother of William Down Beaney born Jun 1810 in charing.

William was born 2nd June and christened september 1810 in charing, unfortunately he was born Illigimate and only his mother was listed as Catherine Beaney. I have a bastardy bond for william that lists parents as William Down and Catherine Beaney. I have found 2 possible matches for Catherine but unsure how to prove which one it is, the two are:
Catherine Beaney born 1788 in Willesborough, Kent.
or
Catherine Beaney born 1792 in Chilham, Kent.

In 1861, Eliza Ann's mother, widow Catherine HOPPER age 76 b.Tenterden is staying with Eliza and her husband in Tenterden see RG9/510 folio 37 page 16 - just shout if you need the details.  In 1851 there is a Catherine HOPPER age 66 born Willesborough lodging in Bethersden HO107/1621 folio 239 page 11 - again just shout.
