I have some information about Edward  but I am not use it
is correct,  he may have been married to    Elizabeth ?
they had one child  born in Paris France in 1870 named Osbert.
this interests me as to know why the family would have been n France ?. ???

James Watts head m 31 coachman Rickmansworth
Charlotte wife 26 Clerkenwell
James son 4 London
charlotte daughter 2 taplow Bucks

If these are the children of henry and Sophia? Sarah? - then in 1841 there is also a son William age 6

Hi
Looking at the 1861 census, Edward Watts is a servant in the houshold of Lord William Faversham in East Barnet Herts. In the 1871 census he is a coachman in Chiselhurst Kent, also in a large household. Perhaps this explains why his son was born in Paris - the family he worked for were in France at the time.

I presume you have his baptism?

Edward Watts:  father Henry mother Sarah, baptised 5th December 1841 Rickmansworth.

I can't see Edward's family in the 1881 census, perhaps the family were abroad again. No sign in the 1891 either apart from a possible for Osbert Watts

Albert Watts birth abt 1871  Paris  boarder in Andover Hants
